TOMORROW, Saturday, July 10, marks the first Cars and Coffee event on Crediton’s Town Square, starting at 10am.

Daniel Webb from Crediton Coffee, Organiser and Sponsor of the event said: "There will be a great assortment of vehicles on display with something for everyone to look at.

“There’s also a raffle being run by The Turning Tides Project with some great prizes on offer from local businesses around the town so be sure to come get some raffle tickets.

“Crediton Coffee will be there keeping everyone fuelled up with Coffee and Tea and we’ve also got Hat-a-cakes offering Cupcakes and Icicle Tricycle serving up ice cream on the square in addition to Baobab Cafe and Three Little Pigs offering lunch from their premises.”

Dominic Palfreman, co-organiser of the Cars and Coffee event, said: “As a Turning Tides Project Senior Manager, Moonshine Detailing Products Ambassador, Subtle Automotive Content Creator, and avid cars and coffee fan(!) - it’s great to be able to combine my work, hobbies and passions into something for everyone to enjoy.

“This should mark the start of Subtle Automotive and likeminded businesses and individuals working together to add value to the car community; giving the car community the opportunity to be seen as more than just ’boy racers’, whilst raising money for worthwhile causes and benefitting the local economy.”

They added: “We are all really looking forward to seeing you all there!”

Profits from the day will go to Devon Air Ambulance.
