BOW Community Primary School Year 5 and 6 pupils took to the stage with their production of The Wind in the Willows for two full performances during the week beginning, July 13.

Their teacher explained: “After weeks of rehearsals, the children worked incredibly hard to learn their lines, perfect their performances and bring Kenneth Grahame's much-loved characters to life.”

Audiences were treated to lively and entertaining performances that celebrated the enduring friendship between Toad, Ratty, Mole and Badger through engaging dialogue, memorable songs and some impressive solo performances.

Alongside rehearsing, the pupils helped create props and supported scenery changes, a real insight into all that happens behind the scenes.
Staff were immensely proud of the dedication, enthusiasm and teamwork shown by every child involved.
