Peter Brewer explained: "Many Club members and parents supported the event and the public were very generous in contributing to the Club.
"A total of £456.85 was raised on the day and, in addition, there was good publicity for our Club which will be 25 years-old in 2024."

He said it had been several years since the Club had undertaken its last bag packing session at the store.
