A MOTORCYCLIST in his 20s has sustained serious, potentially life-changing injuries in a crash on the M5.

The collision, which involved a motorbike and two cars, took place at 8.13am on Thursday, April 23 on the northbound carriageway between junctions 31 and 30.

The M5 was closed at junction 31 whilst the scene was examined by specialist forensic collision investigators.

Officers are appealing for any witnesses who have not yet spoken to police and have information or dashcam footage to get in touch by calling 101 or online, quoting log 129 of April 23.
