BOXING day is always a big day for Crediton Rugby Football Club and hundreds of supporters turned out to watch exciting games on Wednesday, December 26.

The main match featured the Three Little Pigs XV v Griggy’s Rugby Club XV.

It proved to be an enthralling game, with plenty of action and some fine rugby on a pretty wet pitch.

The game ended 15-all, and was then followed by a Junior Mixed Tag Rugby Match.

This proved to be a fun game to watch as well and the pitch was probably muddier than the game on which the first match took place!

Food and drinks were served to supporters and everyone enjoyed getting some air and meeting friends, old and new, on the day.
