TORRINGTON 33-73 NORTH TAWTON RFC

UNFORTUNATELY, with Torrington unable to raise a team of 15, the match was deemed a friendly 13-a-side, with North Tawton awarded the full five points towards their league total.

A good run out by both sides gave those in attendance a lively match to watch, resulting in a final score in or around 33-73 to North Tawton.

It seemed like in the end every player on the field scored a try, maybe a bit of light relief from the pressure that the league brings.

North Tawton Rugby Club also hosted a fireworks night on Friday, October 30, which more than 500 people attended.

“A massive thank you to all those that attended the firework display this evening!” said a spokesperson at the time.

“It was well attended and your support means so much to the club, we can continue to put this event on year after year for our community.”
