SATURDAY, June 15 saw the course at Okehampton Golf Club in superb condition, for golfers to compete for the prestigious title of Club Champion 2019 following Round One which was played the previous week.

Gareth Holt was victorious and is Okehampton’s 2019 Club Champion with a combined gross score over 36 holes of 140 (70 + 70) and the runner-up was Ian Moore with a combined gross of 143.

The Hutchings Cup (handicap) winner over 36 holes was Matt Scott-Tucker with a combined nett score of 130 and the runner-up was Ryan Turner with a combined nett score of 132.

The Leonard Tankard (aged 50+ over 36 holes) was awarded to Malcolm Hooper with a combined gross score of 147.

The Seniors Champion for 2019 is David Williams, winning both the Seniors Champion Trophy (handicap) and The Warren Bowl (scratch) with a gross 75, nett 66.
