WITH the awful weather at the moment Downes Crediton Golf Club seniors played a nine-hole Stableford on Monday, November 13, with Andy Swift winning the Division Two prize with a score of 21 points.

The Division One prize was taken Chris Theedom, who also scored 21 points.

This year’s winner of the annual Poultry Stableford was Christian Donovan who scored a fantastic 45 points on Saturday, November 18.

In second place was Terry Banbury who scored 42 points and finishing in third, with 42 points, but losing to a better back nine, was Martyn Sargent.

On Sunday, November 19, the pairing of Gerry Hodder and Di Botterill scored 39 points to win the mixed competition.
