Ben’s bag for the day consisted also of four double figured commons and topping his catches was a nice specimen weighing 21lbs 5oz.
Crediton angler Mark Lewis enjoyed his day on the bankside where he tempted a total of six fish. Catches included five commons up to 15lbs together with a mirror carp.
Other catches included a 12lbs common landed by Neil Sercombe of Cheriton Fitzpaine.
