MEMBERS of the PUMA (Professional Unification of Martial Arts) Martial Arts Schools in Crediton and Copplestone have added another array of National titles to the continued successes seen earlier this year.

The Taekwon-Do Schools run by local instructor Dave Powlesland have had a great year with a number of students winning various national titles.

Dave said: "It is fantastic seeing the local members who put hard work into their training and development being recognised at these events."

Dave also went on to say how "proud he is to have three black belt ladies all competing at a national level and winning a number of gold silver and bronze trophies at their respected levels".

The Taekwon-Do sessions that Dave runs are available for all ages and all abilities.

Dave added: "The members are a great bunch and we would welcome anyone who would like to know more about the group or if you want to keep fit and develop as a person. There is so much more than just punching and kicking that comes from our training."
