THE last weekend before the Christmas shut down saw very little action owing to a reduced fixture list and postponements for Crediton Youth sides.
The U13’s entertained West Exe Wanderers and they lost out 3-1.
It was a big game for the U11’s as they took on Stoke Hill Colts at Lords Meadow.
The two unbeaten sides played out an entertaining game, but it was the visitors who edged the result, with a superbly taken free kick late on.
Sunday saw the U13 Blues girls finally get their league cup tie played at the fourth attempt.
It was worth the wait for the home side as they had a convincing win over Twyford Gladiators.
Mollie Carr led the goal scoring for them, with Mollie Hope and Immy Treen also amongst the goals in a superb team performance.
