LAPFORD FC First Team is not only top of the Devon and Exeter League Senior One but also champions again for the fifth time in the last six years - well done everybody involved with the club.

So to facts and results: Since April 13, these are as follows, starting with the Reserves. Spreyton, at home, lost 2-3; also Silverton at home lost 2-3.

On Tuesday, April 23, the Reserves will haveplayed at home to Amory Green Rovers. Tomorrow, Saturday, April 27 they are away against Bradninch Town, kick off 3pm, good luck lads.

Onto the First team results: Away against Hatherleigh, winning 3-0; away at Bampton getting a draw and thereby getting a point to be champions, then playing away against Sidmouth Town Reserves on Easter Monday they won by 3-0 to make the top spot even more safe.

With no match tomorrow, it will be the last match for the season at home to Exeter University Reserves on Saturday, May 4. Hopefully with a win to reach 50 points from a possible 60 points.
