CREDITON Youth U15s travelled to Central Athletic and lost out 7-2, Louis Matthews getting both of the Credy goals.
The U13s were away at Hemyock Youth and they were eventually edged out 1-0. Sunday saw them take on a very useful Stoke Gabriel and Torbay Police side in the county cup and go down 4-0 at Lords Meadow.
Also away from home were the U11s, who with a few players missing had to settle for a draw away at Culm Sampford Cougars, Charley Hiscock and Harry Shepherd on the score sheet for them.
Sunday saw the U13 Blues have a great 5-2 victory over Newton Fire girls.
It was also a fine morning for the U11 girls as they had a comfortable win over Cullompton Rangers. Amongst the goals for them were Charlotte Shorey, Esme Armitage, Ida Brealy, Indigo Lidster and Maya Snell.
The U9 girls travelled to Exmouth and had an excellent win against Heavitree Youth girls with Amelia Holland, Bethany Mackie, Connie Beddoes, Lily Edwards and Reina Greaves amongst the goal-scorers.
Exmouth United scored a late goal in their other fixture to win the game. Amelia Holland got the Crediton girls’ goal in what their coaches said was one of their best performances this season.
