Crediton United finish season mid-table

CREDITON United Football Club is holding its annual end-of-season presentation evening on Saturday, May 25 and is encouraging all fans and anyone associated with the club to go along and be a part of the evening.

Tickets are £10, payable on the evening, which includes a buffet and disco. The event kicks off at 7pm and is sure to be a cracking evening.

The first team brought the curtain down on their season with an impressive 2-1 win at home against Axminster, followed on Tuesday (April 30) by a 1-1 draw away against defending champions St Martin’s.

The results mean Crediton finish the season smack bang in the middle of the table and they will be looking to strengthen the squad in the summer, ahead of their move into Step Six football. 

The seconds still have one game to go, as they look to end the season on a high, with a victory, away against Exeter University.

Supporters’ Player of the Year was presented at the last home game vs Axminster and this year was won by skipper Dave Lee.
