CREDITON Reserves got back to winning ways with a comprehensive 12-0 thrashing of Beer Albion in a League game played on Saturday, September 10.

Creddy started on the front foot and were 4-0 up inside 20 minutes, all goals scored by the lesser of the three Pigeons, Adam.

He then proceeded to try and con a penalty by tripping himself up, but his acting didn’t fool the referee who correctly didn’t award a second penalty.

If possible the second half was even more one-sided with the scoreline probably flattering the visitors.

Ben Clement (4), Leigh Arthur, Danny Harvey and Tom Jordan (2) completed the rout.

There was time for Waring to make an excellent finger tip save towards the end of a comfortable match for the home ‘keeper.

Man of the match award goes to Danny Harvey. Despite his four per cent shooting accuracy, he was a class above with his touch, vision and passing accuracy throughout the match.
