PLENTY of sand spread on wet areas of the Crediton United AFC pitch and sunny, drying conditions enabled the Crediton v Alphington game to go ahead on Saturday, February 24.

It was a thrilling game with Crediton putting in a good performance against a strong opposition, the result a one-all draw.
