THE annual dinner and dance and presentation evening for members of Crediton Bowling Club was held at Fingle Glen Golf Hotel, Tedburn St Mary.

Club secretary Christine Marshall said the Grace and captain, Eric Flower, prospered the Loyal Toast.

President, Dorothy Richards, welcomed John Theedom, principle guest of the evening. John is the Men’s President of Bowls Devon and has also been a member of Crediton Bowling Club for 47 years.

After his speech, Dorothy invited him to join her in presenting trophies and prizes to competition winners.

Disco music for dancing was provided by Brett Howard and the Master of Ceremonies was John Abbott.
