Sides welcomed included Ilfracombe, Bideford, SAS from Barnstaple, Appledore, Plymouth and four Crediton sides.
Crediton coach Sean Hartrey, said: "It was great to see that everyone had a great time and nobody was worried about a few heavy rain showers.
"We had some fantastic results for our Crediton teams.
"The event saw coach Claire Ebdy and our Under 10’s take part in lots of matches and the squad is growing week after week.
"Our Under 12’s and two of our Under 14 sides also took part, and also had a great day."
Mr Hartrey said he has received many positive comments about the day from the visiting sides and said Crediton Youth Girls Football: "should be proud of the event."
During the day, a coffee morning was run by Crediton Youth Football alongside the pitches at Lords Meadow and club spokesman, Martin Daniel, explained that a profit of £214 was raised for Macmillan Cancer Support as a result.
Mr Hartrey added that the Crediton Youth Under 12’s continued, the next day, their 100 per cent win record this season in the League Cup with a 5-2 win.
