THE Seniors played their annual Devonians verses The Rest of the World match on Monday, July 14. As always the match was played in a fi ne and competitive spirit. This year the Devonians were victorious managing to win by 10.5 points to 5.5. The ladies played their EWGA Medal 10 on a beautiful hot day on Thursday, July 17. Winning the silver division with a nett 75 was Fran Shrubsole and the best overall score and bronze 1 winner was Di Botterill with a nett 71. The John Percival Three player team event was played on Saturday, July 19; the winners with a score of 58 were Ben Marchant, Darren Clifford and Ben Rowe, just beating Jack, Ryan Shaun Cross on countback, who also scored 58. The Dartmoor league team played a top of the table clash against Fingle Glen at Fingle Glen on Sunday, July 20. Unfortunately they lost their unbeaten run as the team lost 3.5 to 1.5, however Crediton remain top of the league by two points with just two games remaining.
