Exeter School alumnus Ben Green and Lower Sixth Former Tom Lammonby have been selected into the England Under 19 test cricket and one-day squads this summer.

Both Exeter School players have been representing Exeter Cricket Club in the Premier Division as well as playing for Somerset.

Ben has been called up for two four-day matches against India, with Tom selected for a five-match Royal London One-Day Series. Tom has also been invited to play for an invitational Eleven versus India at Loughborough.

Tom said: "After the disappointment of wrestling with injury last year, it’s great to be playing in the Premier Division for Devon and for Somerset.

"I am excited to have made the U19 squad and am looking forward to the challenges of playing against a strong Indian team."
