DUE to cold and wet conditions North Tawton Bowling Club’s opening day was cancelled but a few hardy types turned up to watch the President, Paul Andrews, bowl the first bowl. We did however open the bar!

So our season has started and we would like to invite old members, new members and young members to join us in the great game of bowls.

We have a busy fixture list ahead of us with mixed friendlies, mens and ladies games and various league games - something for everybody.

Our new coaches, John Kinsey and Anita Lamey, will be on-hand for those who would like to “have a go” for the first time or brush up on your existing game.

Also you can come and see the progress being made on our new club house and visualise what an asset it is going to be to North Tawton.

Club Nights are held on Mondays from 6pm onwards and are open to all.
