CREDITON sporting star Dee Weiner took part in the learning disability badminton competition at the Plymouth Mayflower Games on Sunday, July 17.

Dee returned triumphant with a silver medal in the singles.

Dee explained: “I had a really good time and played really well considering it was my first badminton competition back in three years!

“I had the best time seeing all my friends again too!”
