10am to 4pm - Open Day at Crediton Parish Church with tours of the church and churchyard, Governors room and the bells.

2pm to 4pm - Stockleigh Pomeroy Village Harvest Produce Show of cakes, floral arrangements, crafts and other competitions.

10am to 2pm - Exhibition to celebrate arts workshops at the Heart Project Marquee.

1pm to 2pm - Crediton Arts Centre performance - “The Very Old Man with Enormous Wings” on Crediton Town Square.

5pm - Duck and Hound Racing at Nymphayes Farm, Zeal Monachorum EX17 6DT. Tote and Auction Race.

7pm - Charity Concert featuring Sina Theil at Witheridge Parish Hall (tickets £15 in advance - £20 on the door). In aid of Devon Air Ambulance.

10am to 2pm - Crediton Parish Church Craft Fair at the Boniface Centre.

6.30pm for 7pm start - Quiz and Supper, Boniface Centre, Teams of four at £8 per person, book with Glenda on 01363 773669. In aid of Crediton Parish Church funds.

Sunday 4

3pm - Harvest Evensong at St Petrock’s, Clannaborough. Led by Preb Anthony Geering.

3pm to 5pm - Cream Tea and Art Exhibition at Crediton Congregational Church.

Thursday 8

7.15pm - Crediton Flower Club meeting at the Boniface Centre, Crediton.

Friday 9

7.30pm for 7.45pm - Sandford Meat Bingo at Sandford Parish Hall.

Saturday, 10

12 noon to dusk - Tedburn St Mary Village Fair with live music, family fun, food and drink.

10am to 12 noon - People’s Park Wildlife Area Working Party at the eastern end of People’s Park. Everyone welcome to go along and help maintain the garden.

2pm - Whist Drive at Upton Pyne Village Hall. For Village Hall funds.

Monday 12

7.30pm - Bow and District Garden Club talk by Robin Hill of Andrew’s Corner entitled “More Adventurous Planting” at Bow Congregational Church.

10am - Witheridge Ploughing Match at Pilliven, Witheridge.
