11.30am - Yeofest at Yeoford Community Hall. Ales, ciders, food, live music and games. £3 entry. All proceeds to Yeoford Community Association.

2pm - Whist Drive at Upton Pyne Village Hall. All welcome.

4pm - Tim Matthews Piano Recital at Crediton Methodist Church. Free entry - donations welcome.

7pm - Crediton Town Council Annual Town Meeting at Crediton Library.

Wednesday 15

10am to 12 noon - Crediton and District U3A talk by James Haskell - “Mapping Broadband”. £1.50 including refreshments (served from 9.30am).

7pm (for 7.30pm) - Film: “Top Gun - Maverick” at Zeal Monachorum Village Hall. Tickets £4.

7pm to 9pm - Sustainable Crediton Creedy Catchment Crayfish Conservation project at the Boniface Centre, Crediton. An evening of short talks, information stands and free refreshments.

Friday 17 

7pm (for 7.30pm) Crediton Area History and Museum Society talk by Dr Todd Gray and Tony Gale, “Tudor Taxes and Georgian Fires: Crediton 1549 to 1743” at the Boniface Centre, Crediton. All welcome. Members £1, non-members £4. Refreshments on arrival.

Saturday 18

7.30pm - Devon and Somerset Fire and Rescue Service (DSFRS) Concert Band will be performing at Crediton Parish Church in support of the Church Music Endowment Fund. Tickets £10 (Under 16s free), available online from TicketSource or card/cash on the door.

7.15pm for 7.30pm - Talk by Dr Peter Selley “Grave Robbing and Body Snatching in Devon” at Bow Village Hall. Tickets £4, free to members of Bow and District Historical Society. Details 01363 82468.
