CREDITON Police are appealing for witnesses and anyone with information to come forward after a burglary was reported in the High Street area of the town.
The incident, in which offenders entered The British Red Cross charity shop in the High Street in Crediton and stole money, happened overnight on Monday, December 9.
Police are also reminding businesses to ensure that their premises are secure at all times.

During the same evening there were attempted break-ins at Crediton Rugby Club and the former premises of KJM Motors at Fordton.
Considerable damage was caused.
