IF you want to make some changes as part of your New Year resolutions then Martial Arts may hold the key to achieving that success!
PUMA Taekwon-Do and Little PUMA's with Dave Powlesland is so much more than just kicking and punching, so if you or your family want to be part of a dynamic, friendly, motivated group who treat you as an individual then you need to go along and have a look.
If you want to get in shape for 2014 or your next beach holiday, but are fed up with the boredom of the gym then Martial Arts will fit the bill.
Have your kids been part of something and then wanted to give up, as they have no identity, nothing to work towards, no sense of achievement?
Dave Powlesland says the PUMA syllabus will have plenty to offer and engage them.
The PUMA group has been well established in the local area since 2001 with sessions at Lords Meadow Leisure Centre in Crediton, the Church Hall in Copplestone and the Parish Hall at Newton St Cyres.
Dave explained: "There are plenty of sessions to fit around your working/family life to ensure every opportunity to progress and achieve your goals, whatever they may be.
"Many people think they have to be superfit and mega flexible - this could not be further from the truth."
Dave and his team are able to cater for all ages and abilities.
Dave was one of the first PUMA Instructors nationally to assist students with auditory, visual and physical impairments achieve the coveted Black Belt status in his mainstream training sessions.
He added: "Martial Arts is all about the individual's journey and personal development, something that is often overlooked.
"Whatever is your motivator for change, then our sessions will have something to offer you."
Little PUMA's is a specialised syllabus for four to six-year-olds and Taekwon-Do is available for all those aged seven years plus.
Call Dave on the local PUMA hotline, 07802 855852 or via e-mail: [email protected]">[email protected] to register in the beginners sessions now running.
