CREATE Storage Ltd at Westward Business Park, Crediton has been set up by James Janion to provide multi-functional storage for both individuals and businesses.

Create Storage Ltd offers storage solutions for those moving home, redecorating or just needing more space, as well as offering storage space to suit business requirements.

People may recognise James, who attended Landscore Primary School and played rugby for Crediton RFC and will be playing cricket for Thorverton again this year following a 15 year absence. After working in the facilities management field for 10 years with Balfour Beatty, James has undertaken sizeable challenges as Operations Director and has experience in both the operational and commercial fields with a depth of knowledge in areas such as hard and soft service management, change management, risk and commercial advice and managing teams to achieve.

James' parents, Paul and Catherine Janion, ran Windmill Food for 25 years from the same building in which Create Storage Ltd has now been established.

The building has been given a new lease of life, from a face lift externally to being rewired inside and installed with alarms, CCTV and a fire detection system.

There is a clean, crisp professional feel to the premises from when you walk in the newly refurbished reception to going into the body of the building where you will be greeted with 72 individual units which range from 25 to 150 square foot.

All units are three metres high and the larger units have double doors to provide easy access for bulky items and regular use.

Create Storage offers a wide variety of options to suit both long and short term requirements as well as flexible payment options and insurance should you require it.

There is also space available for the storage of motor homes, caravan and motor boats with easy access and parking.

Customers can use the storage units during business hours and James is willing to accept deliveries or mail for customers who are using the storage facility.

He also offers a caravan cleaning service, which will enable people to get away for their holidays without having to worry about washing their caravan first.

A range of packaging supplies is also available including boxes, tape, marker pens, plastic storage containers and wardrobe boxes. These are available for general supply and James is willing to try to source any items, not currently stocked, to suit customer requirements.

James currently has some fantastic offers available, for more information telephone James on 01363 777047 or visit: http://www.createstorageltd.co.uk">www.createstorageltd.co.uk .
