UPDATE AT 4PM from Tamsin Louise Powlesland: James is home safe thank you every one xxxDEVON and Cornwall Police has issued an alert after a 14-years-old boy was reported missing from Crediton.

James Marsh was last seen at approximately 8.30am today, Wednesday, September 11.

He is described as a white male, 5 feet 10 inches in height, stocky build, short brown hair, earring in left ear, clothing not known but possibly a black puffa jacket, black Ellesse shorts and white Nike trainers.

The police say they have concerns for his welfare.
