CARTER Geering are very pleased to announce they have taken on two new members of staff.
Jennifer Wreford is joining the firm as Rentals Manager, and Nikki Housley will be looking after the company’s accounts.
Jen is well known to many people in the town, and indeed to many of the firm’s clients as she previously worked for them, before leaving for family reasons.
Following this she started up a rental department for another firm.
She returns to Carter Geering bringing with her a wealth of knowledge, experience and contacts.
Jen lives in the town, is married to Andrew, and has two children, Joseph and Charlotte. She is a fully qualified member of the Association of Residential Letting Agents, and has also passed the firms compliance exams undertaken by all members of staff.
Jen worked for a local estate agent straight from school, before leaving to join HM Court Service.
Here she had a long career in management before getting into the property industry with Carter Geering (or Devon Lettings as it was known at the time) some ten years ago. Jen always maintained an interest in property and is a landlord herself.
She looks forward to meeting clients old and new and helping with all rental enquiries.
Nikki Housley also joins the firm overseeing the accounts and office finances.
Nikki was a personal tax assistant with 25 years’ experience working for Ernst & Young, Price Waterhouse Coopers and Francis Clark.
Nikki lives with her husband and two daughters in Crediton and enjoys running and cycling in the local lanes around the town.
Graham Carter, Director of Carter Geering said: "We are thrilled to have Jen back working with us.
"We know from experience that she will always go the extra mile to serve her clients, is diligent and hard working.
"Both Jen and Nikki are knowledgeable and qualified in their fields and we are looking forward to them settling in and the extra source of experience they bring."
Carter Geering are licensed with both the National Association of Estate Agents and the Association of Residential Letting Agents.
They are members of the Property Ombudsman and hold client money protection and professional indemnity insurance.
