My grandson has special needs, he has been predicted to gain five GCSE’s - that is if he has a reader and scribe.

If he cannot have the scribe and reader then he will not achieve any GCSE’s at all.

What a waste of a bright boys life just because money is being taken away from the vulnerable and Queen Elizabeth’s School, Crediton does not seem to be trying to find other ways of finding the funding for the shortfall.

Surely, there must be some other area from where the money could be taken?
