CUSTOMERS to the Morrisons store in Crediton saw a brightly coloured butterfly in the foyer where there was also a charity tombola and a draw.
The Butterfly Trail raised £615 which will go towards children’s hospices and to raise awareness for Morrisons charity partner Together for Short Lives.
Hazel Evely, Community Champion for Crediton Morrisons store said: “Thank you to the people of Crediton and the surrounding area for their generosity.”
The Butterfly Trail, a relay event, visited the Crediton store as well as other Morrisons stores throughout the UK to raise vital funds for the two charities.
The aim of the trail is to raise £250,000 to support seriously ill children and their families.
