UPDATE: The road has reopened.

THE A377 between Crediton and Copplestone has been closed due to ice after a van overturned.

Police were called to the scene at 6.30am this morning, Wednesday, December 31.

No injuries have been reported. The van has since been recovered, but the road is still shut due to the dangerous nature of the ice.

The A377 at Newton St Cyres is also closed due to a separate crash involving two cars.
