PEOPLES Park, one of the few areas of parkland in Crediton owned by Crediton Town Council, provides an area to enjoy picnics, dog walks or to sit and enjoy the views.

Previously, the park had a traditional, manicured appearance and this summer had an alternative maintenance scheme with approximately one third of the grassed area left uncut to support biodiversity.

The Town Council would now like the public’s feedback on the new grass cutting scheme.

A council spokesperson said: “Your views will help us decide how to manage the park in the future.

“The survey can be completed using the following link: forms.office.com/e/9PPUdnBNWZ. The survey closes on January 5 at 10am and responses will be collated for discussion at the Council meeting on January 6."
