OVER three days, thanks to generous shoppers at Crediton's Tesco superstore at Wellparks, 95 boxes of food were collected for Crediton Foodbank.
One shopper generously donated a full shopping trolley of £100 worth of food, other people donating what they could afford, all greatly appreciated by Crediton Foodbank.
The Foodbank has seen a considerable rise in demand from those struggling due to the cost of living crisis.
A spokesperson said: "Thank you to everyone who donated - we are so grateful for your generosity in these difficult times.
"Huge thanks also to our volunteers for giving their time."
