TEMPORARY traffic lights have been put up on the A377 at Cowley for emergency South West Water roadworks.

They are scheduled to be in place until Thursday, January 15.

Traffic is currently queueing back to Cowley Bridge Road from Exeter towards Crediton.

“Please allow extra time for journeys in this area,” a Devon County Council spokesperson said.
