CREDITON Library held a Teddy Bears’ Sleepover at the library on Thursday, February 20.

Children arrived at 5pm with their soft toys and enjoyed listening to stories, followed by cookies and milk.

The children then said “Goodnight” to their soft toy friends and left them to spend the night at the library.

The soft toys had fun dressing up, building with Duplo, playing games and looking at photos of themselves on the computer.

After a late-night snack and a game of hide-and-seek they settled down for the night.

The children came back the next day to collect their toys and receive a photo montage of their antics. You can see evidence of what they got up to on the Crediton Library "YouTube" channel.

Libraries Unlimited is the charity responsible for running Devon and Torbay Libraries. The Teddy Bears’ Sleepover is just one of the events in the wide Libraries Unlimited cultural offering.
