A TEDDY bear was found in the middle of the road, where Threshers turns into Westernlea, in Crediton on Friday, June 24.

A nearby resident who found him said that thinking his mum/dad would come back for him, he went and sat against the stone wall over the stream.

She explained: “By Friday, July 1, he was still sitting there, feeling very miserable in the cold and the rain. He met some nice people who said that he could stay with them until they could find out where he lived.

“He is now warm, dry, lots of food and is having fun with his new friends, but desperately wants to see his mum/dad again as soon as possible.”

If you think he is your teddy bear, he can be collected at 43 Westernlea, Crediton.
