THE former Mayor of Crediton and current District and County Councillor, Frank Letch, was the lucky recipient of the second prize in the 2022 annual Rotary Community Raffle.
His prize was £500, Frank receiving the cheque for his winnings from local Rotarian Garry Adams.
The raffle is run each year by Rotary across South, East and Mid Devon for the benefit of community groups, clubs and charities whose members sell the tickets and receive 90 per cent of the takings for their organisation.
The remaining 10 per cent of sales goes into the prize fund with all costs for the raffle and its administration being absorbed by the organising Rotary clubs. Frank bought his tickets from the Crediton Twinning Association.

The top prize this year was £1,000, with Frank's £500 being second, followed by several consolation prizes of £50.
