SECOND UPDATE: 8pm: A volunteer kindly came to the rescue of the stranded woman and the car which was blocking the access has been towed out of the way.

AN inconsiderate motorist who has parked on double yellow lines blocking an access is being sought.
The car has blocked a local person from going home for more than an hour-and-a-half.
The car is a silver Citroen C1.
Some local volunteers have suggested towing it out of the way if it remains at the location for much longer.
