A DIGITAL Scalextric car racing event is held in Crediton on a regular basis and more people are invited to go along to take part.

Trying your hand at Digital Scalextric involves six cars racing on two tracks at the same time, switching lanes, overtaking and performing blocking manoevres, watching your speed being constantly updated on the big screen!

The next event, ideal for dads and children, will run from 5.30pm to 7pm at Crediton Congregational Church on Sunday, November 27.

From 7.30pm to 9pm, it is for racers aged 14+.

All are welcome but children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult. The cost is £1 for children and £2 for adults.

Sessions are held bi-monthly.
