THERE is good news in Crediton.
From Monday, October 20, thanks to a new partnership between Libraries Unlimited and Crediton Town Council, Crediton Library will again be able to open on Mondays.
Some weeks ago it closed on Mondays due to a lack of staff and due to financial constraints, Libraries Unlimited has been unable to advertise for any more staff across Devon.
The Library will open on Mondays from 10am to 2pm.
The public is invited to pop in to meet with the Town Council about local issues, borrow or return books and use free WiFi and enjoy the space.
However it should be noted that there will be no library staff available on Mondays, so account help, new sign-ups, and public computers won’t be available.
