BRIAN and Mary Threlfall opened the garden of their home at Yeolands, Crediton, in aid of the cancer charity, FORCE.

The garden is award-winning and was described as “beautiful” by Sheila Ralph, Crediton FORCE chairman.

Sheila added: “Visitors enjoyed cream teas and there were cake, book and plant stalls and a draw.

“The FORCE committee members would like to thank Brian and Mary for again opening their garden for us and to those that attended and helped to raise the excellent amount of £345 for the charity.”
