STAFF at Oliver’s Bakery in Crediton are celebrating success at the 2016 Bako Western Bakery Championships where employee Milosz Radominski won the Champion Trainee Trophy and David Oliver won the Bako Manager’s Trophy - Innovation Championship Best in Show.
Oliver’s Bakery were also successful in a number of classes where they won awards in 14 of the 32 classes entered:
Milosz won: 1- for bun goods, 1 - scones and rock cakes, 2 -Sourdough Coberg, 2 - puff pastries.
Oliver’s Bakery were also awarded: 1 Harvest Wheatsheaf, 1 Norfolk malt crunch, 1 Gluten- free confectionery, 3 - Fancy shaped rolls, 3 - real farmhouse bread, 4 Danish two varieties, 4 - Cup cakes, 4 - West country cream tea scones, 4 - Creative Christmas Stollen, 4 - savoury scones.
Oliver’s Bakery were delighted with the results and especially winning the Harvest Wheatsheaf for the third year running.
