CREDITON and District Lions Club held an Old Time Music Singalong at the Boniface Centre on Friday, May 26.

The event, which was organised by Jill Ayris and her team, was well attended.

David Simms played the organ and those attending joined in with singing songs including “I Do Like to be Beside the Seaside”, “Wish me Luck as You Wave me Goodbye” and “Daisy Daisy”.

Those present enjoyed tea and cake.

A raffle was held from which numerous prizes were collected.

It was a lovely afternoon and everyone, wearing summer clothes, enjoyed the tea and cakes, plus the singalong.
