THIS month’s talk for Crediton Area History and Museum Society will be a presentation by the Editor of the Crediton Courier who will be sharing some “Anecdotes of Local History”.

Alan Quick has been with the local paper for more than 40 years.

He promises to present some fascinating, amusing and quirky insights which, among other things, reveal something about social changes in the Crediton area during that time.

Alan will reflect on the headlines and local news items from the 50-year history of the newspaper.

The talk will be at the Boniface Centre in Crediton on Monday, February 10.

Doors open at 7pm, with the talk at 7.30pm. CAHMS members £2, non-members £5.
