An Okehampton man has denied raping a woman in the town in 2021.
Martin Smith, of Castle Road, Okehampton, pleaded not guilty to the charge when he appeared at Exeter Crown Court this morning (Friday, November 28).
He was told his trial will not take place until March 2027.
He has been charged with raping a woman on September 18 2021.
