A SANDFORD woman has been invited to a Royal Garden Party at Buckingham Palace in London in May.

Margaret Phillips was nominated in recognition of her charitable work and fundraising in the Sandford, Crediton and Exeter areas.

She has recently been knitting Easter chicks and is selling them to raise funds for the charity, Hospiscare.
