MAJORETTE troupes from across the South West competed at Crediton Green Sword Majorettes annual competition held at Queen Elizabeth's Community College Lower School.
The day began at 9am with performances in senior military, followed by junior military, tiny tots twirl and senior twirl.
During the lunch break the super trouper competition took place and after lunch junior twirl, tiny tots poms, junior poms and senior poms.
There were some spectacular displays by the different troupes.
Judges were Peter Brewer, Caroline Lane and Emma Bolt.
Before the presentation of awards, which took place at 6pm, the judges were thanked by Helen Cann, Crediton Green Sword Majorette troupe leader.
Mr Brewer, from Crediton, was thanked for more than 20 years as judge at the annual event.
Everyone who took part was thanked for attending and for the high standard of performances.
