I THOUGHT it was illegal to use a mobile phone whilst driving a vehicle?

If it is why are so many drivers who use Exeter Road, Crediton, still using mobile phones?

Irresponsible drivers - don't they know the risk to others?

Even blocks of cheese floating about - it all happens in Exeter Road!
