THE White Room Creative Space, on Lords Meadow Industrial Estate in Crediton, held a successful art and craft fair, on Sunday, December 3, with 25 artists and makers taking part with work including painting, print, photography, pottery, glass, wood and metal work, jewellery, textiles, knitting, quilting, decoupage and handmade soaps.

The fundraising craft raffle and refreshments raised £510 for the Welcoming Refugees in Crediton, and the Crediton for Ukrainian Group.

Bindy, organiser of the event, said: “I’d like to say a huge thank you to the wonderful team of volunteers who helped make this possible. It was a lovely busy day.

“We were really pleased by the number of visitors and the positive feedback from the stallholders, but also from the many customers leaving happy with some unique and very special local art, crafts and gifts.
